July’s meeting will be an open forum for discussion and support. Join us in August for an arts and crafts activity with our Visual Arts Instructor, Linda Kay, as she leads us through the Healing Heart Workshop. The Healing Heart Workshop is a creative way to release yourself from heartache by using journaling and easy painting techniques. This is a great opportunity to share with others facing similar challenges as well as offer support to others. Newcomers welcome! Debra Bohli-Mitchell, MS, Caregiver Specialist from Catholic Charities Northwest Senior Services, and Frances Domingo, Social Services Specialist from Hanover Township Senior Services, facilitate the monthly meetings. Light refreshments served. Registration required.
