Powerful Tools for Caregivers

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week class geared toward those who are caring for a loved one, friend, or neighbor. This educational program is designed to help you reduce stress, improve self-confidence, better communicate your feelings, increase your ability to make tough decisions, learn to locate helpful resources, and balance your life as a caregiver. It is not a support group, but does provide a highly supportive and informative environment. Presented by Hanover Township Social Services staff in conjunction with Catholic Charities Northwest Senior Services. Registration required.
