Hines VA Community Outreach

Veterans are invited to drop in to meet with a Hines Community Outreach team member for information about Hines VA Hospital and local VA clinics. VA nurses will be onsite providing basic clinical care, answering questions about eligibility & enrollment, as well as, patient education on various health topics.
