HDL, LDL, triglycerides, and glucose are available for a reduced fee of $15. You will receive your results at the same visit. Registration is required. Fasting for 12 hours in advance of test is required.
All other Community Health Services are offered on Tuesday's at the Izaak Walton Center & Reserve office. You must call to schedule an appointment ahead of time to ensure all the supplies needed for your appointment with the nurse are available.
