March Colon Cancer Screenings (Fecal Occult Blood Tests)
The Office of Community Health is offering free colon cancer screening kits (fecal occult blood test). Schedule an appointment with the Community Health Nurse to learn about risk factors and prevention for colon cancer as well as receive a FREE take home colon cancer screening kit.
All other Community Health Services are offered on Tuesday's at the Izaak Walton Center & Reserve office. You must call to schedule an appointment ahead of time to ensure all the supplies needed for your appointment with the nurse are available.
