Kimberly Fay, Staff Attorney, and Carissa Jimenez, Community Engagement Coordinator, both of Administer Justice, will present valuable information on the court system, what to expect, and an individual’s legal rights. Ms. Fay will also discuss various legal issues related to housing, including landlord/tenant disputes, reverse mortgages, and foreclosure/eviction processes. Administer Justice is a non-profit agency in Elgin providing free legal services and other services. Registration required.
