Chef Pina demonstrates how to prepare healthy meals and discusses health benefits, history, and culture behind the food. Bring a plate and silverware and containers to take samples home. Each menu is a chef’s surprise from locally grown, seasonal options and includes an appetizer, fresh bread, a protein, vegetable, and dessert. Registration required.

January 8 – Homemade Pasta with deep forest sauce, Beef Pizzaiola
January 22 – Shrimp cakes, Seafood lasagna, Green Salad
February 12 – Lentil Soup, Stuffed Cabbage, Roasted Potatoes
February 26 – Porchetta Rosted, Butternut Squash and Mixed Salad
