Do your loved ones know what your wishes are for end-of-life care? Staff from Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care present this informational session. The program covers the importance of making your wishes known, how to choose the best person to execute your wishes, and helps you plan what those wishes might be. Light refreshments and snacks are provided. Registration required.
