COVID-19 mandates and requirements continue to evolve.  At the time of printing, masks are required on transportation and at each venue; proof of full vaccination is also required to participate. This is subject to change. We will provide an update on requirements closer to the trip date.

· Hanover Township Day Trip Program Waiver is required at the time of payment

· Hanover Township Transportation Waiver is required if you do not previously have one on file

 

Lapidary is the art of cutting and polishing stone. Lapidary has its roots in prehistory, as early humans began fashioning tools and weapons from stone. In time, these techniques were also used for items of personal adornment. Stone carving evolved as an art in many cultures throughout the world, (Lizzardomuseum.org) Lunch is at Our Kitchen, 363 Lake Street, Elmhurst, prior to the museum. They offer a variety of breakfast and lunch foods. Lunch is paid for on your own. There will be a 20 percent gratuity added to your bill. The trip departs from the Senior Center and return to the Senior Center. Please note transportation service is not available upon return to the Senior Center. Payment is due by April 21. Registration required.
